By accessing and using the services provided by Arixa ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Arixa provides web development, Shopify e-commerce development, and custom software development services. Services are provided on a project basis as agreed upon in individual contracts or statements of work.

Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Typically:
Invoices not paid within 14 days of the due date may incur a late fee of 5% per month. Work may be suspended for accounts overdue by more than 30 days.
Clients retain ownership of all content, images, and materials provided to us.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom code and designs created specifically for their project. Third-party components and frameworks remain subject to their respective licenses.
We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Projects include a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions or scope changes may incur additional fees.

We warrant that services will be performed in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Websites and applications will function as specified in the project agreement.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Post-launch support is available as per agreed terms. Standard support includes bug fixes related to our code. Separate agreements required for ongoing maintenance, hosting, or feature additions.
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and will not disclose any proprietary or confidential information without written consent, except as required by law.
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination:
Projects may utilize third-party services (hosting, payment processors, etc.). Client is responsible for compliance with third-party terms of service and any associated fees.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
