Pricing
What it costs.
Every project gets a fixed scope and a fixed figure in writing before anything starts. The numbers below are where things begin, not what everything costs.
Projects
Build work.
- AI systems & automationAgents and automations wired into the tools you already run, grounded in your own data, not a generic model's guesswork.
- Web applicationsDashboards, portals and internal tools that replace the spreadsheet and the four subscriptions holding it together.
- Mobile appsNative iOS and Android from one codebase. Offline-first where it matters, in both app stores, built to maintain.
- Custom softwareBooking systems, back-office tooling and the bespoke thing nobody sells off the shelf. You own the code.
- WebsitesFast, well-built marketing sites. Secondary to what we mostly do, but we still build them properly.
How we price
What moves the number.
- How much of it already exists
- Building onto a clean codebase with documentation is faster than reverse engineering something undocumented, which is itself faster than building from nothing.
- How many systems it has to talk to
- One integration is a feature. Six integrations is an architecture, and each one has its own edge cases and rate limits.
- Whether anyone can answer questions
- The cheapest projects have one person who can decide. The expensive ones have four people who each half-own the decision.
- Whether it needs to work offline
- Offline is not a feature you add later. It changes the data layer, so it is a decision made at the start or paid for twice.
The arrangement
No surprises.
- Payment
- Fifty percent to start, the balance on completion.
- Scope
- Agreed in writing first. Changes are priced separately and you decide.
- Ownership
- The code, the repository and the accounts are yours.
