The problem

Verichain started as a web platform, and recruitment does not happen at a desk. A candidate wants to know where their application stands while they are out. A recruiter needs to know who to ring before their first coffee. A hiring manager approves a role between meetings. Three different people, all on their phones.

What we built

One app that becomes the right app for whoever signs in.

Candidates see every role they have applied for and its current stage, interviews with the time and the link to join, recruitment days they can confirm they will attend, assessments to complete on the phone, roles they have saved, and invitations to apply in one tap. They can sign up in the app and build a full profile, CV and photo included.

Recruiters open on Today: who to call, what to submit, which interview is next, and every role with where each candidate stands with the client.

Hiring teams see their open roles, their pipeline, approvals waiting on them, upcoming interviews, and a short written summary of how the week is going.

Push notifications arrive when a candidate is waiting, an interview is close, or a client moves someone forward, and only during working hours.

How we approached it

The app shares its source with the Verichain web app rather than rewriting it. The rules about who can see what, how a stage is labelled and what counts as a placement are written once and used in both, so the phone and the browser cannot drift apart.

Every iOS and Android build is compiled in the cloud, so shipping a release does not depend on a particular laptop being in the room. The App Store listing, review notes and compliance answers were written alongside the build rather than after it.

The result

Verichain on the phone for all three sides of a hire, submitted to the App Store in October 2026, sitting on the same source as the platform it extends.
